1) Easy Access Trip Planning Services
Truly accessible hotel accommodation
Locating a reasonably priced, centrally located, accessible hotel can be a challenge in many European cities. We choose not to rely on the internet or hotel staff because we’ve heard numerous stories of outdated and inaccurate information. We have worked diligently to ensure the hotels we use are truly accessible and we have worked to secure the best rates possible.
Accessible guided tours led by local experts
Since guided tours are the highlight of almost everyone’s trip, we highly recommend them. Our most popular tours include an introduction to the city. Our guides are very knowledgeable and have been touring with wheelchair users for years. Rather than try to adjust a tour route on the fly to make it accessible, our tour routes have designed routes specifically for disabled and senior tourists. The tour guides we work with get rave reviews for their knowledge of the sites and their engaging way of showing you their city.
Comfortable and accessible transportation
Whether it’s by wheelchair accessible van, standard car, accessible boat, or train we’ll make sure that you comfortably get where you need to go on time.
Help during your trip is just a phone call away
Even with the best planned trip, things sometimes go wrong. Our team is ready 24 hours a day to help at a moment’s notice and allow you to rest easy! Our years of experience solving problems and our network of local contacts allow you peace of mind that help is only a phone call away!
Accessible experiences your clients will never forget
Our aim is for your client to return home with a long list of great experiences. We don’t want you to settle for anything less for your clients. For example, we don’t want your clients to settle for a dry and short bus tour of a city, especially when the hop on and off isn’t an option because only some of the buses have lifts. Instead we’ve found the perfect individual tour that allows wheelchair users to stop when they wish, get out for a picture, seeing all the sites, and spend more time at the sites they have been waiting so long to see!
