Day 1 — Arrival in Warsaw (August 19, 2027)
Pick-up at Warsaw Chopin Airport or the central train station and transfer to a wheelchair accessible 4-star hotel in central Warsaw — our home for the first 3 nights of the tour.

In the evening, enjoy a group welcome drink at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel restaurant at your own expense.
Day 2 — Warsaw Highlights & Chopin Concert
The morning begins with a panoramic drive around Warsaw with stops at the city’s highlights, followed by a lunch break at the beautiful Łazienki Park (lunch at your own expense).
In the afternoon, a guided walking tour leads from the New Town into the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, ending with a Chopin concert and a group dinner in the Old Town.
Day 3 — Palace of Culture & Warsaw Ghetto Walking Tour
This morning we visit the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw’s iconic landmark, and take in 360-degree views of the city from its observation deck (admission included).
In the afternoon, our guide leads a walking tour through the area of the former Warsaw Ghetto, tracing its history through the memorials and remnants that remain. Dinner at your own expense.
Day 4 — Warsaw to Krakow
After breakfast, we drive south to Krakow (approx. 295 km), stopping at a fully accessible highway rest area along the way.
On arrival, check in to a wheelchair accessible 5-star hotel — our home for the next 3 nights. The rest of the day is at leisure; dinner at your own expense.
Day 5 — Wawel Royal Castle & Old Town
We spend the morning at the Wawel Royal Castle, the historic seat of Polish kings perched above the Vistula River (admission included).
In the afternoon, a guided walking tour explores Krakow’s magnificent Old Town, centered on the Main Market Square — one of the largest medieval squares in Europe. Group dinner at a restaurant at the castle.
Day 6 — Schindler’s Factory & Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial
Today is devoted to remembrance. We begin with a visit to Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory museum, then continue to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum (approx. 70 km each way; admissions included), with a guided visit of the former camp and its exhibitions.
We return to Krakow in the late afternoon. The evening is free, with dinner at your own expense.
Day 7 — Krakow to Berlin
After breakfast, we begin the drive to Berlin (approx. 600 km), stopping at fully accessible highway rest areas along the way.
In the evening, check in to a wheelchair accessible 4-star hotel near Potsdamer Platz — our home for the final 4 nights of the tour. The hotel sits in a quiet area just 150 meters from the Potsdamer Platz shopping center, reachable via smooth, level sidewalks, with a wide range of accessible restaurants, cafés and shops within easy rolling distance. Dinner at your own expense.
Day 8 — Berlin Highlights & River Cruise
After breakfast at the hotel, a guided morning tour takes in Potsdamer Platz, the Government Quarter and the Brandenburg Gate
In the afternoon, we visit the East Side Gallery — the longest surviving stretch of the Berlin Wall, now an open-air gallery — before boarding an accessible boat for a river cruise on the Spree. The day ends with a group dinner at the famous “Ständige Vertretung” restaurant.
Please note: the river cruise will be confirmed once the final number of participants and the mobility equipment being brought have been communicated.
Day 9 — Wannsee Conference House & West Berlin
This morning, we visit the House of the Wannsee Conference (admission included), the lakeside villa where Nazi officials met in 1942 to coordinate the Holocaust — today a memorial and educational site.
We continue with a panoramic tour along the Kurfürstendamm and a stop at the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, with some free time “in the West” before returning to the hotel. The afternoon is free to explore Berlin at your own pace. Lunch and dinner at your own expense.
Day 10 — Free Day in Berlin
Enjoy a free day in Berlin, with alternative activities offered and wheelchair accessible van transfers available. Explore museums, go shopping, or relax at a café. Dinner at your own expense.
Day 11 — Departure (August 29, 2027)
Transfer to Berlin Brandenburg Airport at the scheduled time.
